Need For A Good Counselor

    Hi IL,
    As some of you know might already know my problems ( sexless marriage , unsupportive parents) , I wanted some suggestions on good online counselors.the reason being , I am extremely lonely and when I stay idle all the negative thoughts come to my head. I have joined all sorts of activities but the minute I am free all the depressing thoughts come to my head.
    Sometimes I think if all this counseling is going to be effective but doing nothing about it is also not helping..
    Any suggestions?

    Dear, though I haven't read all ur related threads I can say one thing. If u keep ur heart down nothing is going to work. We are all born and cannot escape life. Even a street dog getting injured in traffic has to live with his wounds. U can observe these dogs licking on the wounds and continue to search for pray. What I can say is continue to pray for a good life . Join in some yoga group for complete relaxation. Once you understand that happiness should bloom from inside but not on the external factors, u will not have these sort of thoughts. But for ur marriage problem , that needs to be sorted out with ur and his parents. Ur parents cannot escape as they took the responsibility of getting u married.

    Thanks for your post...it's been a year since I and my ex have separated....I have joined all these activities to keep my mind busy but somewhere I feel lost...so I thought counseling might be a good option
