I don't remember for how long I subconsciously eat on my right side.

Now I try to eat on my left.

Cold food like watermelon really hurts my upper left tooth in particular.

X-rays from 6months ago don't show cavity in this area.

Don't have time to go to Dentist myself ... any home remedies to treat this?

    Thank you

Usually sensitive tooth means its infected.
You nee dx to take an x ray to find the condition.
    Cloves,turmeric helps.

I don't think home remedies would help much. They will only give temporary relief.
Consult a dentist, in meantime use a toothpaste meant for sensitive teeth and avoid eating extremely hot or cold food items,

I used to do it. My dentist wanna
Pull my molar tooth, saying the root was dead. So there was unbearable pain and sensitivity. Due to that, am not even able to drink water. But after started doing oil puling the pain started reducing and it was bearable now.

Still the tooth is sensitive but not as much as before. I continued the oil pulling for 21 days, it was effective during that time. but later i started feeling sensitivity, so am still continuing it.

You can try with sesame oil or coconut oil with a pinch of rock salt.
