    Hi all,
    I am so happy to join this thread. I just saw this thread. I am not sure how did i miss this thread till now. I didn't read all the pages.400+ pages..Lol...I can't..
    I have already started my weight loss routine couple of weeks back. Going for a walk for one hour everyday and low carb food diet. Still have to reduce lots of pounds.
    I would like to join this thread and share the daily routine for weight loss. Pls join me in:)

    2 litres water

    Trying to up 500 steps till I reach 5miles/10k step.

    Today food item feeling heavy.. I am so hungry today so add extra rice and slept well.
    No junk foods
    Have fruits and biscuits
    Water 2 litres
    Walk 45 minsm.
