    Guess it is my turn.

Been cycling on and of , the event is on this Sunday. Not too hard -15 miles - takes about 60 mins

Had a tiny pain that I felt in my heel that I didnt check out. Been cycling the last week a lot. Last night while stretching I checked - the pain is coming from not the heel directly but in the part from heel to arch. It pains if I press, like there is an inflamation inside however I dont feel it at all while walking. Not have time for a proper doc visit.

Have to figure out if I should go ahead,
Pour your suggestions on what I can do to heal these two days and post ride to not worsen it.

Maybe I should have gotten those bike shoes afterall :BangHead: - penny wise pound foolish

Oh boy, you are a saviour @Shanvy!!

That scrumching was just so ohhh.
I realised my big toe hurt quite a bit when i tried it, tried it gradually last night , actually early hours this morning, it felt good. Didnt expect much for the heel arch pain. But w when I woke up this morning the heel arch pain has considerably reduced.
    Thank you

    I was thinking same!
Mine has been usual :) 10 stairs up and down, around 5-6 k steps and calorie intake within 14k.

    :)
