Depends ! Most of the times I wear thali , but wen I go to gym/yoga I remove it . Sometimes I do forget to wear it back . Since I feel lighter .Later on I realise and wear it again. And bindi and bangles I wear only for temples as even in India I wasn’t wearing them regularly to office .

I also don't wear Mangalsutra. As I like to wear different accessories with different outfits. But when I at my sasural I wear to avoid any conflict

+1 I'm also of same thinking. I wear my thali on and off basis depending on my mood and the situation.
Dh loves though when I wear but doesn't mind if I stay without wearing it for long time as well.

But I love wearing my toe rings and especially I hoard on collection of silver toe rings. 1 pair simple for daily wear and others are different designs n one with stone etc. For occasions/festivals.

I don't wear any bangles at all except when going to temple or puja or weddings.
Bindi- yes when wearing traditional and No when western or indo western clothing.
Sindoor - I like the liquid sindoor from lotus herbals. I wear it occasionally.

I'm a big feminist but I would like to follow few cultural things which doesn't harm.
Just my personal opinion though and I respect both women who like to wear all the married symbols and those who don't at all wear. It's individual choice.

My friend wears all modern dresses but never ever removes her thali not even during sleep or for bath. Since they are long chain type, it's inside the clothes so it doesnt matter of wearing western or traditional.

I don't like wearing it to gym n on daily basis. But I do wear every now and then depending on mood.

But I love some of the Indian traditions. They make us different from rest of the world.
