    @kalcandu I remember you asked about coconut. I'm one of those people who strongly believe adding fat to meals helps you to absorb the nutrients. As long as you are not cooking coconut in high temperature you should be totally fine.

    Hi Ashneys congratulations on your weight loss.5 kg in two months.wow .
    My weight loss s relatively slow but steady.1to 1.5 kg per month.i can't reduce much on diet since I am bf.i avoid junk.eat more veggies and fruits
    My tips
    1.plan and prepare your meals so we don't end up very hungry and go for mindless eating
    2.drink 3 to 4 lit of water
    3.avoid junk food.eat more veggies
    4.follow exercise daily.
    5.find ur snacks option.for me if I'm really hungry I ll go for banana.dry grapes,almonds etc.bcos I will get hungry in evening so if ready with snacks I won't ve junk.
    We have to make some changes in our diet and do some exercises then we can expect weight loss.

    Hope all are nicely following their regimen.
    Thanks @mangaii for the coconut info :D I am an unabashed coconut lover. Congrats to @ashneys @Rakshini for the weight loss. Ashneys especially..:worship2::worship2::worship2: . For me 1 kg itself tadi kina thom.

    I am following diet daily. Goal is to improve consistency in exercise and 3L water intake.

    water 1.2 lit...I also need to reach 3+
    steps 7k... today was first day and I have PF in both feet, so slowly will pick up
