    Thanks dear...Yes, I should start waking lill early but I am feeling lazy now a days. My LO wakes up 2 times in night for feed and mornings I feel lazy to get up...:) that's the problem. I should overcome it..

    Thanks for advice dear...!! I need to surely start something on exercise even if it 20-30 mins in a day..
    Nice playing idea with my DD..but my DS doesn't allow me to do all that. He will be clinging on me in evenings as he misses me from morning till evening...:(

    I am trying to carry either fruits or cut veggies (i.e tomato, carrot, cucumber etc) but i get bored eating them all time...

    Can you pls give me some ideas on healthy home made snacks?

    My update for Yesterday (6th Mar)

    Lemon+honey water
    2 dosa+ chutney
    1 handful grapes
    2 roti+curry+ salad
    1 small cup plain cornflakes with milk (no sugar)
    1 cup homemade bhel with onion, tomatos
    2 roti+ curry

    Hi daffodils,your schedule s really busy.advantage s you have a cook
    Many have reduced with diet alone.try to increase your veggies consumption.ask cook to cut carrots,cucumber and onion daily and carry to office.munch when ever you are hungry.you are bf so definitely you will be hungry
    Ask her to make healthy dishes for you.that way u can reduce at least 1 kg per month .
    Daily u can spend 15 min in morning.nighy at least 10 min walk around home
    Weekend devote more time for exercise
    I know how difficult it will be for you but no other way.you have to make a change other wise it will be difficult later

    Conscious eating works for me.
    No starving
    No junk food
    Eat healthy, natural food instead of processed food
    Eat on time or whenever hungry
    If possible, Plan meal ahead including the snacks n cook it n keep ready for a few days so good food options are available at all times

    Hello All,

    2 days I walked for 1 hour a day and was really happy for that.Managed normal diet as well.
    Since I have thyroid went for the test today so missed walk in the morning.Planning to continue in the evening...
