    @Shanvy Hi. Thanks for the suggestion. I got samba wheat milled into flour today. It is going to last me a month. I will consider multi grain atta option once this gets over. I searched for your multi grain atta post but there is no recipe. You have mentioned that you use wheat,barley, maize, sago, chana dal and ragi. May I ask, what is the advantage of multi grain atta over normal wheat atta?

    ----------
    Breakfast:Cow peas sundal, milk
    Snack: peanuts, cookie
    Lunch:2 rotis, lauki dal, cucumber salad, buttermilk
    Snack: peanuts
    Dinner: watermelon, milk, leftover dal and half chapati
    Exercise 40mins walking
    Water 1L

    Hi felonopsis , sorry for your work pressure.thats when we give least importance to our diet.dont worry.come on track.its OK if we take a break in between after all these are long process (at least 1 year)

    In your diet your breakfast has protein but carbs s less.and lunch,dont combine rice and roti.home made cookies?!wow,super.healthy cookies

    Hi all
    In the journey of weight loss our enemies are 1.Hunger
    2.Cravings
    3.laziness
    Hunger s difficult to control but other two can be corrected and modified
    Reason for our hunger
    1.less calories food
    2.portion control
    3.not having balanced diet
    Tips to overcome hunger
    We can drink lots of water.stomach filling food like cucumber,tomatoes,puffed rice,soups etc can be taken.plan your meal ahead so that we don't end up in mind less eating.small snacks like nuts and fruit s even when you are not hungry.
    This is the first reason many couldn't initiate weight loss.couldnt sustain bcos of hunger . let's eat zero calories and negative calories and overcome the hunger

    Last 4 days was disaster on part of diet and excercise though after eating mostly sweets, oily food, junk and attended 3 parties...with portion control not gained any weight...

    Week4: ( 5 the mar to 11th mar)
    Target weight: 77.2kg
    Excercise: 2miles, 15 min elliptical n 12k steps
    Diet: high protein:3-4 eggs, sprouts, 1200 cal, less tea

    BF: poha
    Ms:2eggs
    Lunch: besan roti+ gobhi matar veg+ dahi
    ES1: black coffee
    ES2: egg
    Es3: fruits
    Dinner: soup, paneer, salad

    Moderate food, no workout. Weekend workouts have become challenge with two lil ones @ home.

    Lunch: 2 rotis, yellow pumpkin dal, buttermilk
    Snack: Cookie (from tomorrow no more cookie):nono:
    Dinner: Pomegranate, milk
    Exercise: 40 mins walking
    Water: 1L. :oops:Would like to improve this from tomorrow

    Many of you ladies have small children and job and still very sincerely trying to follow diet/exercise... Hats off!:clap2::clapclap:
