    Hi!

    I wish I could walk like you all . I have Osteoarthritis and because of that I get pain in the knees, ankles, ball of the feet, Achilles tendon and at times even hip joints. I can walk for some 30 mins only once in 2-3 days and rest the other days. I welcome suggestions from anyone with some idea or knowledge .

    @Frangipani i have osteoporosis, bursitits and spinal deterioration at c3-5 and l4 to l6. and add to that piniformis syndrome. what i suggest is stretch lying down, and walk with leslie at home safe for people like me who can injure self walking outside. wear shoes while walking.

    i would suggest meeting a good sports physio or a good osteopath and learn how to work with your condition.

    i do a lot of stretches as taught by my osteppath and physiotherapist.

    @Shanvy,

    Thanks for the above reference materials. I guess it could be useful for all. I want to know as to how do you motivate yourself to be committed to these exercises and diets over a period of time? The general tendency is to give up when there is a schedule change due to any reason or when the health improves a bit:)
