    I have read your story,very inspirational and motivates me a lot.thanku very much for sharing your weight loss journey.
    I just had my second c section in September this year,hoping to lose my weight.ofcourse as you said slow and steady like tortoise.iam not in hurry (I don't want to reduce my milk supply since iam Bf my daughter).
    I read most of your thread s and search ing for you to interact.i appreciate you for replying most of the questions honesty and spending your time.
    I would like to ask you 2 questions
    1.iam very hungry immediately after my meals,since I try to reduce carb intake and take more veg.i feel satisfied during meals
    After half and hour I feel very hungry.can you suggest how can I handle this hunger
    2.how much can we reduce every month after delivery.
    Kindly clarify

    And I have one more doubt whether it spike sugar level of we eat fruits along with meals or after meals?
