How To Simplify These Visuals For Time-pressed Doctors

I am impressed by your visuals and how much you care for your father.

Although your visuals are amazing, I think it’s a bit distracting.. for doctors its easier in the format that they are used to, either a formal medical chart or history/physical of the patient in person. Some symptoms are better explained by the patient, for example, he may have less hesitation in describing his bowel/bladder habits to the doctor than his daughter, and that gives valuable information to the doctor.. to learn more about patient’s pain and struggles he is undergoing..

Come up with a list of problems that you and dad would need to discuss with the doctor....the ones that are pertinent now, and have the doctor focus on the most important thing now, which I believe are his painful bleeding BM and itching..For now, take one problem at a time and solve it, then you can work on his chronic underlying health issues.

Yes, something like this is more helpful..Does the office give you a sheet? If you are visiting a new doctor, you can call them and check..get a copy of your dad’s records from his physician and take it with you.. and make a list for the visit, have your dad explain it to the doctor, but remind him things on the list if he forgets..prioritise, things that need to fixed now, then focus on the less severe things..

Maybe something simple like this should do.. you can create your own document, type it up..

Include
1.Chief complaints: order of importance
2.Past Medical history:
3.Past surgical history:
4.Allergies: to medications if any.
5.Medicines: treatments he is taking now (supplements in the last line)

Dear Chennai express , I here by giving some mentality , which are possible to be present in patients like your father, so you go throw it and acknowledge .
My suggestion is treat your father by knowing him. If you are able to understand him and it is possible to cure in homeopathy.

For example he does not care much whether or not others say: "This man is a very helpful, sympathetic person", but if he thinks himself to be a great scientist, then he would want that others must also think him to be one.

He often seems to lack emotion. He is unable to communicate warmth and affection unless this too is a part of his image. I have seen ------------- people who are social workers, working in slums, but then this too is part of their image.

----------persons do not require company and do not react well to consolation. So they don't display much gratitude or affection, and therefore can be quite difficult to get along with. Eventually they become unable to accept affection just as they are unable to give it. They can only accept acknowledgement and praise that they are excellent in their field. But if you say: "I like you as you are", they will run away from you. They can't accept themselves the way they are.
