This made the astronomy geek in me happy !! Loved how simple it was to read . I stick with thequarkside - love the microcosm webcomics they do simple and informative .
About the giant Red Spot , I might have read in the news a while back that it is diminishing .
All hail Juno , for bringing us closer to this massive beauty !!

    Yes, I do Geeta.
BTW does "dp" refer to my avatar? That is a gift from @justanothergirl who found it for me. A gift from the heart, so it is a keeper.

Sure. Will be on the lookout.

Thank you @Endlesshope . Glad that you liked it.
Yes, I too read somewhere that it is shrinking. Could not remember where. So I did not post it.
Yes, Juno has done so much work and given us a lot of important information and continues to do so. Hope its mission life is extended past July 2018.

I forgot to mention that your local library may also have a copy. You can try it out first and then decide if it is worth owning a copy.

Wonderful Kamala. I loved the illustrations and the lucid way in which you have presented such a mind-boggling subject! It's really difficult to even grasp the magnitude of the planet, let alone the entire universe and other parallel universes (???).

    Thank you @satchitananda .
Mind boggling is the right word when it comes to nature. Right from the tiniest atom to the vastness of space what is mind boggling is the precision at which everything functions. It truly is a miracle.

The more I learn I cannot stop wondering if their is a bigger hand in all this?
As a result it is very humbling too.
