    Slogans depend on age and physical condition.
    There was a time when I used to roar like a lion and people looked at me with awe.
    I now make some inaudible noise and people look at me with amusement.
    I never let my age get at me. It is an interesting duel between my age and me. It's fun!

    I was watching the news, and there is a man-made famine and disease raging on, in Yemen. Adults, and especially Children, are under-eating. And not fat. Evening news can make one sad, and lose an appetite for dinner.
    Yes; as you seem to confess, it is an age-thing....on top of what the genes had deemed, and nutrition had brought upon the physical condition. An young invalid would not use such phrase references to age, as an older person would do.
    The lion-mouse transformation is not the same as a cat-cougar scheme :smirk: for the girls. Totally different on many facets.

    Emotional eating

    No passion for fitness

    Giving excuses

    Not eating the right foods according to body type

    No calorie count

    Drinking very less water

    Less sleep

    Stress

    Not doing the correct workout

    Sleeping after eating

    Eating fat free foods and avoiding the right kind of fats

    Frozen foods

    Too much of eating out

    Dear Friends!

    As we know protein requirement is essential to shed those extra kilos.;)

    I even read that "Protein Mix" if taken regularly will help in weight loss and especially Belly Fat.

    Protein mix will also help in tightening skin (Antiaging sagging skin)and also prevents from gaining weight once lost and will maintain shape if clubbed with exercise.:cheer:

    Guys have anyone of you tried this if yes which is a good one for regular use??... Please pour your suggestions. Wanna give a serious thought to it and start.

    Yes @Jey. I should. :)
    I need to avoid, guess "limit" is the right word, saturated fats.
    But I am not an "oil-free" person.
    I love oil fried appalams, vadais, bondas, bajjis, murukku, et al. I enjoy these in moderation.
    I also do not buy or use "reduced-fat" or "non-fat" products.

    For now, the answer is , "my health...doctor said so.." :)
