    OP,

First of all congratulations on your pregnancy.

Looking at the limited options available for you the first thing I got in my mind is Ragi porridge that my mom made for me and my baby as well (which I started when he turned 6 months). It is premade homemade mix which you can boil in water for 5mins and eat it for breakfast which will be filling for you.
The ingredients that my mom added in that homemade powder is:

    - Sprouted Ragi
    - Sprouted Jowar
    - Sprouted Bajra
    - Cashews
    - Almonds
    - Pista
    - Walnuts
    - deeseded dates
    - Apricots

All mixed and powdered, it is very nutritious and helpful for you and baby.

You can stock up on seasonal fruits and vegetables when you visit the town once in 10days or so.

    - Listen to pleasant music and some slokas for baby on daily basis, hang a baby picture in your room and your and DH best pic on the wall, stay away from stress and be peaceful.

    Good luck.

    @pinky2cute
Congrats and wish you a happy, healthy pregnancy!

Others have given you nice suggestions. Here are some options I can think for now:

    1. Stock up on nuts and dried fruits. Always snack on them. This is very nutritious as well as gives quick energy. Always carry some in your bag.
    2. If possible, buy a nice rice cooker and have brown rice at your room. You can prepare lemon rice (very easy to prepare) or tamarind rice (have your mom prepare the tamarind mix powder for you or you can buy from good brands). In case you are eating curd rice, you could eat with brown rice instead.
    3. Buy oats. Since you have an induction cook top, instead of rava upma, prepare oats upma. Or you could prepare oatmeal and have it with raisins and almonds. My 3 year old likes it this way.

Whenever you DH or parents come to see you, always tell them to buy veggies and fruits for you since it is difficult for you to buy these regularly. There are a lot of raw veg salads you can prepare quickly which you can eat with rice as a side.

    Understand your prob..
U don't have access to supermarkets..but your family members do, right?
If u get chance to go to shop or anyone from family comes to meet u then can get groceries for u..isn't it possible..
Whoever comes to see u, ask them to get the fruits, vegetables, dry fruits , home made mixes etc for u.im assuming they come to see u often out of concern as ur pregnant.
Any friend, classmate, fellow hostelites etc going to nearby town to buy stuff, request them to buy few items for u..someone or the other will go to shops to buy or to do some personal work in nearby city..if u enquire around u will know..everyone has sympathy for pregnant women, if u want help u shud ask for it...
Even simple grocery shop will have basic grocery items which u can use.
Stick up on onions, potatoes, u can store them.
Buy rice cooker electric or pressure cooker induction friendly one.
Stock up on tempering items like hing salt turmeric chilly, and all dals, pulse like rajma channa groundnut etc..u can sprout green gram and have it as salad.
rice, rava, semiya , oats buy n store.
As one more person suggested mixed rice varieties are easy to make ..u get puliogare mix, instant rice mixes in store...they can be utilised...so many dosa mixes are available..use them.

Also buy atta packets and Use it for making chapattis. jam, Nutella , ketchup , pickles can be kept to have with chapati or bread..don't eat Maggi noodles but you can have Indian noodles, I.e Sevai.. You can just soak that ready to eat sevai in boiling water for five mins and drain water, then add tempering ingredients and add lemon juice..healthy n tasty.

    Congrats on your pregnancy.

I know how hard your situation is.. Is it possible to find a cook in your hostel whom you can pay extra to buy/make some veggies for you separately?

Consider having things like sprouted moong salad, very easy to make..I dont know if it’s an option or you already do, but having a mini fridge in the room woukd be useful to store veggies and fruits..Milk and whole milk yogurt are good..
