Hi Friends, Banana shakes good for health mostly for kids, INCREDIENTS : MILK - 1 PACKET BANANA - 1 (SMALL ) CHOCLATE - ( DAIRY MILK ) 3 OR 4 PIECES.. PROCEDURE : MILK,BANANA,CHOCLATE ,all have to mixed and grind it... Banana shake ready....
Isn’t that a lot of sugar for a kid ? Considering a banana has 12-15 gms of sugar depending on size & a cup of milk has 12 gms & add chocolate sugar to that?
True. I would probably substitute the dairy milk with either a good quality Cocoa powder or dark chocolate which will give a very good chocolate-y flavour n obviously the sweetness will come from the banana.
Have tried all these -few pieces of dates, soaked almonds, cashews with banana and milk -Banana w/ strawberry, blue berry vanilla essence few drops with milk -Banana, Mangoes milk shake -Banana, soaked raw peanuts (handful), walnuts and milk - protein shake -Banana - 1 , avacodo - 1/4 milk shake
hi, banana small size u can add half also and choclate adding only 2 pieces if u add choclate only kids like it..
