As I am new to Columbus,yet to explore the places.Sorry that we don't have an idea about apartments in Westerville.But I know the school district really not good in Westerville .As the school district is not good in Westerville ,most of the Indians live in Dublin area and that is not far from Westerville and there are so many good private schools also near by and There are so many apartments with Indian community. Please see the apartment rating and reviews befor you move .I can tell the apartments in Dublin area. Hope this Helps.
