From the date of knowing that u are conceived u should lead a life of Yogi.Usually it is said that "Thavamirundu perrta pillai".One reference is visiting temples ,making prayers for a child.The other one is the way of living during pregnancy. Avoid all anger , irritation, envy, esp.rage etc.Lead a peaceful life always thinking of God & his wonders , reading good books even if it is any novel it is o.k.Stay away from undesirable circumstances.In officealso we should be careful not to fight with anyone, not entering unnecessary arguments. Never incur the curses of anyone even if they are wrong.Just keep quite & pray for patience.Always most of the DH will behave in one kind despite their doing everything for the wife.It is very difficult to adjust with that one person. MILs some will be kind , some will think "what is there to be so fussy, we had given birth to so many children" like that.Some of their action & words will be so pin pricking.The only manthra is patience not for ur sake but for bringing a Healthy,Happy,Religious & Good child to the family & the world . I know it is very very difficult but the result is best assured.Still i wonder why my son ,a very good personality, when he gets angry behaves to the extreme( very rarely he gets angry).May be it is my fault . Though i was careful in my words & action at that period, i was not so in my mind. i would have entertained some harsh, unwanted thoughts in my mind. Or it is hereditary.One thing i had noticed - all negative hereditary things, anger, speaking harshly, all diseases are easily acquired by heirs .The positive trends acquired are intelligence, all types of arts etc.
