increased 10 min workout to 15 min workout x2 a day.
    lemon water
bf - 3 idlis podi and greens
    snack - nuts and fig
lunch - 3 idlis veggie and sambar
dinner - rice quinoa sambar veggie curd(decent portion but need to reduce some more)

Had little chocolate milk today as was outside and was getting tired.
Water intake was less as was roaming around a lot and forgot bottle.
Hoping to correct all this in the coming days.

    Yday schedule :

15 min workout morning and evening- really able to control my cravings after workout

Morn -3 dosa with veggies.. Planning to reduce to 2 this week.
Lunch - sambar and curd rice with veggies. Curd rice was extra.. Still working on portion control. Haven't achieved it perfectly ..
Evening - nuts dry fruits blue berries
Dinner - same as lunch but correct portion. Very happy I did not overeat.

I also have early dinner so that I sleep in an empty stomach.. Which is how it should be so that body can focus on repair and rebuild activities when we sleep rather than digesting food all night.

    Todays' Schedule:

15 min workout morning and evening - still the magic pill for controlling food cravings
    forgot lemon water in morning
bf - 3 dosai with veggies.. need to do 2 tomorrow.
lunch - sambar rice with veggies
snack - almond and dates with blueberries
dinner - sambar rice with greens

It is 1 week since i'm doing this. I feel inflammation in my body reduced. There is still way to go. But I'm amazed at how well my body is responding to workout and diet (even tho eating rice)., but trying to achieve portion control and not overeat.

    Hi,

I follow a complete yoga practice, I used to go for yoga classes where I have learnt the asanas. I generally follow the below mentioned sequence:

    1. Warm-up exercises + Stretch breathing exercises
    2. Surya Namaskar - 11 rounds
    3. Standing Asanas like trikonasana, Veerabhadra Asanas 1/2/3, Vrikshasana
    4. Sitting Asanas like Vajrasana and its variations
    5. Sleeping Asanas like Pavanamukthasana, dhanurasana, Bhujangasana, Saravangasana, Matyasana
    6. Pranayama
    7. Meditation - Chanting AUM
    8. Relaxation - Shavasana

All of the above will take you 1-1.15 hours. You have to be slow and do it by feeling the stretch, once you are okay with the asanas you can gradually increase the count and asana holding time and still be able to finish the entire 8 steps in 1.15 hour. Also, please keep in mind that if you do not relax after the entire yoga procedure, your entire workout is a waste. Relaxation will actually subconsciously heal you.

Please learn it from a professional so that you know whether you are doing it right, once you have learnt you can do it on your own.

Ragi Murukku is a speciality in one of the shops near my house so I get it from there. You also get soya sticks that taste really well and are fat free snacks :)

Thanks for the detailed post. It's helpful.

I never relax after any workout. My mind will be rushing to do the next task. Will make a effort to relax..
