    Hello all

    Congratulations everybody on ur pregnancy.. am 15 weeks pregnant with twins through ivf.. as of nt scan one of my twin has elevated nt (other things are normal) for which my dr is not very much concerned though my blood test reduced my risk am bit worried but trying to stay positive.. hope we all have a happy and healthy pregnancy :)

    Hi Ladies,

    Have you guys taken 1 hr glucose tolerance test in first trimester? I took the 1hr test yesterday and numbers were 10 points more than the expected value :(

    Just thought of checking with you all.

    My doc said that this test will b done in 26th week.
    What did the doc suggest after seeing the result?

    Hi dharani
    Congrats on ur pregnancy.. Do not worry gestational diabetes has become common now a days.. Even i had a very high reading after taking glucose.. dr suggested me a meal plan because of which my sugars have come to normal within few days.. dr will give you a meal plan and walk for 10-15 mins after every meal.. let me know if you have any query.. all i well :)

    my doc has not advised any GTT in first trimester. took only random blood sugar which is normal.

    my doc suggested this test on after completing 20 week that is next month.next month anomalous scan and few blood test..last Monday I had scan everything is normal ..started iron and calcium tablet from yesterday but end up with vomiting :( :(

    Rani don't worry abt level you can control it with your diet...

    Hi neha .. congrats on ur pregnancy:) it happens i skipped calcium tablets for few days but started taking now u just make it into 2 pieces and have it with few hrs gap u will feel better hope that helps:)
