Thats true laks. Regarding language, he almost understands what we are talking. I talk with him both English and our mother tongue. Here slowly settling back getting back started school, getting services one by one but takes time to start from the scratch

People be cautious starting probiotics. My son suddenly developed a lot of severe behaviors that he previously didn't have. Like a switch turned on. I didn't know what was going on. I seriously Contemplated medicating him(it was truly out of control). It went on for months without resolution. For whatever reason, his probiotic powder got over and I forgot to buy it for a couple of weeks. My old child was back.
I again gave him the probiotics and behavior came back again. I stopped it and it went away completely.

Be very careful with supplements. This probiotics was given by pediatrician for gut support while he was sick with the stomach bug and he asked us to continue it. It was a name brand organic with the recommended cultures.

I didn't want to reveal the behavioral issues but I do want to warn anyone trying anything. Home made kefir, yogurt etc are all good to try for probiotics.

I always feel probiotics off the shelf is just marketing. You have options lying in your kitchen pantry and fridge. A well set curd is the best probiotic easily available. We si or madrasis or thayir saadams believe curd\buttermilk has the solution to lot of gut issues.
