    Hello @Nivilovely ,

    Yes there is a recent change in the settings and we had to introduce this restriction on starting new thread to curb spammers.
    You would receive the option to start a new thread once you have participated in the community and contributed a minimum of 5 posts in existing threads.

    Hope this clarifies and thanks for the understanding.

    My poem titled " WHAT TO WRITE" was posted in the poem section? I received a reply from ' PHYSICIAN' to my mail id, but i couldn't find the same in the reply column of the IL site? why so? & how can i thank him or her?
