    Breakfast: 2 masala dosas, 1 glass neer mor with choornam
    Mid-morn: 1/2 glass coffee
    Evening: 1/2 glass coffee, 1 bowl avial, 1 katori cashew nuts
    Dinner: 3 idlis with sambar, 1 bowl podlangai
    Dessert: 1 tsp kunda

    Brown rice used to make idlis and dosas.
    (Dosa slightly burnt while taking pics! :p)
    I normally grind 2 measures of idli rice with 1 measure of whole udad for idlis. This time I ground 4 measures of brown rice with 1 measure of whole idli intending to make only dosas. However it was very well fermented and so I thought of trying out a couple of idlis to see how it would turn out. Was really stunned to get very soft idlis.

    Dal Makhani / Chappathi + Salad for lunch
    Paav Bhajji for Dinner.
    Snacks - fruits

    I have been too irregular here. But that's the best I can do.

    All your posts are motivating me to try healthy substitutes

    @satchitananda you get nice idlies with daliya, corn grits, brown riceand millets too. And loved the array.want to have something but my tummy revolted couple of days back and still at war with me so keeping it happy with curd rice fruit yoghurts:tongueout:.

    I wanted something tangy n hot..Ended up making eggplant vatha kozhambu and cluster beans dal usili for little millet upma
