Today has been simple meal of onion thambuli and veg pulao.

What was more loved is the fresh not yet soaked in juices and spices mango pickle. The traditional avakkai.. who else is salivating..

Is that marthangali? If so, glad it is there in my garden. :) Do I eat the berries or the leaves? Raw?

Cook both together and have with rice.
Turkeyberry is sundakkai. Get raw or dry. If it is dry fry with ghee and have.
Manathakkali is nightshade family greens. Has analgesic propety so will heal. Drink plantain stem juice.
Going through the same. I think it is side effect of the meds. I take meds to reduce the effect but we are unique re.

No cv i make with regular onion. Saute chillies, urad dal, a little hing or carrom seeds . Add onions saute. Cool and grind and add to nicely whisked curd or buttermilk. Coconut is optional
