    Happy New Year!

    As always, Year beginning is very special to women with respect to revise weight loss goals, self improvement strategies!
    New Year! New Beginning! New You! As a women, I enjoy dreaming myself in my ideal body frame and weight as like many of you do.
    Here is the platform where we can make that dream into life.



    I will eat right
    I will exercise
    I will earn my body

    If you are one of the person who agree with the above Mantra, join us for the group commitment.

    Let us frame some disciplines for our group to achieve a healthy life style.
    • We aim for atleast 1 kg loss for a month.
    • We weigh ourselves for every month
    • We track our food and exercise.
    • We celebrate our efforts every month, no matter how small our move is.

    Weighing dates:
    Beginning of every month
    End of every month

    We can keep track of our status for the whole year. Weight consolidation will be done monthly.
    With commitment, consistency and little bit of self control, we can make our dream to be alive.

    Sri - I'm in.
    For Jan the target is only to get some running in thrice a week and eat a protein rich diet and cut out junk especially sugary empty cals. That itself feels like a task!

    Current weight: Hovering around 132.
    Jan end - 130.5(only few more weeks left)!

    Laks, you are a great Successor and role model for many women like me dear...
    I still remember your before and after pictures...
    Glad to hear that you continue your runs still...
    And Super glad to join you here...
    I cant do much with my leg issues, but I continue to do what ever I am able to...mostly adhering to floor workouts, yoga, mild walks only. Atleast for now...


    My goal for this year is less doctor visits, bring back my health and hope...would love to see my version of taking back to back Jazzersize and kickboxing classes...May be some day, I will share that I am back...no matter what my age is. :blush:

    Today is a successful day. Stick to my plans...

    mor- 30 mins floor workout( abs and feet)
    eve- 15 sets SN.
    Stayed relaxed the whole day.
    food was gud, except that I added 2 almond roca chocolate. This treat is enough for the whole week. Next almond roca for next week.
