My simple method - no onions in my cooking. :)

    Haha, Good one.

    I cannot live without onions.
On those days when I should not use onions I suffer from severe "starting troubles" :BangHead: cooking.

Hi, lovely post and very inspiring titbits...i am mostly a planning person..
I keep planning and wait for the right time to execute..
After reading through this thread, jump started to introspect my schedules...tk u kkrish mam..
    My problem areas are:
For example , I fold clothes in a certain pattern which could be time consuming and the thought of spending so much time causes to procrastinate the task. focus on just folding and completing the impending task at hand. So are all the other chores. Action is the magic word...

Today was a very productive day.. started the day with a cup of coffeee.. and did sudharshana kriya with hubby.....felt refreshed....and spent an hour in cooking and cleaning the kitchen work place.

    Hi all,
    My Sunday went like this
    9am - woke up
10am- brush, quick bath and breakfast (dosa with podi) and run to work. I didn't know I was expected at work this Sunday. Some last minute confusion.
12.30 pm - return home, order food for lunch, load washing machine, dry the previous batch, finally wash my vegetables box and let it sun dry. 2. PM - dh returned home. We both had lunch. Put another batch in washing machine
3pm - thought of a one hour rest. By the time I woke up it was 5.30:smash2:
5.30- bring dried clothes, clean some fruits n eat :wink1:, make coffee for dh
6.30- dh went out. No power. Switched on a candle. Was bored. Made a couple of phone calls. Folded all the dried clothes.
7.30- power came. Made onion chutney. Dosa. Cleaned the kitchen a bit.
8.30 had dinner. Relaxed for sometime
9.30- dh was back home. Made dinner for him. Gave him milk. Filled all water bottles.
    10.30- off to bed.

    Downsides
    No exercise
Ordering lunch out was high calorie
Could have precooked some food for the week ahead or atleast made some menu planning
    Hoping for a productive Monday
Have a great week ahead all my dear friends

    over all, productive weekend.

    Hi @coffeecups
    You got it!
Identifying the problem is the first step to solving a problem.
You yourself will correct the problem slowly.

Don't you get Saturday off? So you work 6.5 days a week?
If yes, then unless you love your job a lot, it is time to start looking for another job I think :) It is easier to find jobs when you are already in one than when you are out of one.

However, I am happy that you relaxed and did not work too much on this half-day off.

    Best wishes.

"Even if one person benefited by this thread I would be happy" was what I thought when I started this thread.
Your words have made my day!
