No Excuse- Weight Loss Begining For 2017

    FOUND THIS FROM A SOURCE.So thought of sharing this.
    Find the right dosage!

    Think about it this way. Let's say you want to run for an hour. That's about 600-900 calories, or half a pizza. If you eat poor food daily or near-daily, but train daily, you are just fighting so hard to stay in the same place. And the body is not a simple addition/subtraction machine. Eating poor food and over-stressing has other issues.

    So, find the right dosage of exercise. And stop yourself from taking a step back (eating pizza). Once you've stopped moving backwards, you can think of doing more to move forwards.

    I also want to join this challenge. I am 30 yrs old mom of a toddler, working and studying. I lost about 10 kgs in a year. Gained 3 kgs due to lack of exercise and lack of clean eating since 3 months. My schedule changed, commute increased, started eating lot of junk food. my tummy looks as if am 7 months pregnant.
    Current wt- 48 kg
    Target wt- 45 kg
    Ht- 149 cm
    Goals- to reduce tummy, arm fat, toning.

    Hi,
    I am 35, mother of 2 kids (10 and 3 ). After my 2nd pregnancy I increased around 10 kgs of weight. My current weight is 71.2kgs. Tried many things to loose weight. Lost around 6 kgs last year and again got them back in the same speed:facepalm::facepalm:. My target is to loose around 10-12 kgs by december. I know its a year long target:grinning::grinning::grinning::grinning:, but i want to be consistent. At present, small target is to loose 2 kgs i.e. (69kgs) by the end of this month. My weekdays r from sunday to thursday. weekends I cant follow diet or exercise, so whatever target v r keeping for next week please inform me before saturday.

    Butt kick
    Punches
    Squat pulse
    Elbow Plank

    Gals.. I am also in for the challenge... I am in my mid 30s with 2kids...few years back i could reduce weight with the help of one of the groups here.. But last year was tough for me and could not focus on myself. I am 68 kg now... Want to be at 60 by end of the year. However by March need to go for my annual health check up.. So need to be 65 by end of March.. I will start with my workouts and clean diet from tomorrow

    I didnt do much maintenance, it just remained around. No longer the case.

    Geared up to start.
    biggest road block no sweets and no food after 8pm :coldsweat:
