10k Steps Challenge For 3 Months.

    Done 6042 steps today covering 3.0 miles.
    Diet
    BF Lipton clear green tea, one banana,American-Breaded chicken burger(100gms)
    Lunch Extra hot peri peri chicken 2 servings,Roti-2,Curd rice-2tbsp
    Dinner One medium chicken tikka roll
    Snacks Bobbys potato spirals(26 gms),Ice cream one scoop and 1 orange
    Tomorrow No walk and diet

    No Walking No Exercise for the past 2 days.. Feeling Bad.. Have to concentrate more.. :(

    Sometimes it happens dear , its good to take a small break but get back to routine soon.Just make sure you are active atleast 5 days / week.

    Overall I was very bad this week, 2 potluck parties yesterday and today no exercise no calorie count.
    I ate a lot these 2 days i cant even write my food menu here:shakehead::BangHead:
    Will kick start from monday.
