    My goodness, I am now doing 81 Surya Namaskars.

    81 Surya Namaskars

    Another 27 and I'll hit the golden 108!

    Slow and steady wins the race ----- plus other exercises such as stationary bike, weights

    Yippie!!!!!!!!!!

    it's tempting to jump from 81 to108 ... learning to pace myself.....

    How much time it has taken for 84? Also are able to see any changes in weight or inch loss?

    Takes about 40 minutes.

    They say Surya Namaskar helps with weight/inch loss, but I haven't noticed any of that.

    However I have noticed Surya Namaskar is
    - therapeutic
    - helps me be flexible
    - made my face prettier
    - gave me more creativity


    For weight/inch loss, I go additional exercises after Surya Namaskar.

    I am also on Stationary Bike (up to 15 minutes, aiming for 30 minutes with increased speed and intensity).

    After Stationary Bike I do
    1. three arm exercises - 3 sets, 4 per set
    2. three leg exercises - 3 sets, 4 per set

    Finally I do Arm stand against wall for 30 seconds
