do u have fish and dog in ur home? what do u do with them when u go for long vacation? one in a year we have to go to our native for at-least 15 days. I don't have any friends in my city who can keep my pet
Yes I have a dog and fish When I go for vacation I will appoint a caretaker to look after them You can send your dog to a good hostel for dogs For your fish you can ask a caretaker to take care of it Regards, Sahana

You can build a boundary around the garden so that your dog can't jump over it Or you can plant it in a pot and keep it in a window or where your dog can't jump Regards, Sahana

Hi deepideepi, When you go on long vacations and you do not have a caretaker for feeding your fish ,it is advisable to get an automatic foof dispenser that stores the fish feed and releases it at regular intervals.They are battery operated and function well .We have been raising fish in an Aquarium since the last 8years and have gone away for long vacations even upto a month when we went over to the USA.,We have been using these feeders always.You can buy it at the aquarium shop from where you got your fish .All well stocked pet stores in Chennai have them.You can enquire at Pets and Fish selling Aquarium stores in Karnataka too.BTW fish apparently can manage without food for 5/6 days our store owner told us.So in case the feeder stops functioning ,no fears he said. In the begining before these feeders were available, we returned the fish to the helpful store owner from where we had purchased them .We got them back after we returned and paid a small fee for their maintainance.
