weightloss friends group 2015

    try to eat some heavy healthy snacks in the evening with some hot milk... it will suppress/satisfy your hungry. And keep on telling with you that i vl eat only healthy light dinner. it will work with in one or two days.

    before that i also came across this problem...

    1. i hide the snacks in the second row of the shelf.
    2. healthy snacks in the first row.
    3. i stuck a note in the shelf ' mahe don't eat junk. it is good to eat healthy snacks'. really it works
    4. keep in reading articles about weightloss success stories, weightloss, excercise, healthy cooking, etc.
    but don;'t do this when you are hungry.
    5. drink some water, one big glass when you are hungry. After it decide what to eat healthy..

    iit worked for me,i hope it will work for you

    Pranavi , I know how tired u will b after coming back from work, have fruit juice when u feel hungry instead of having junks. Boil corn in the morning itself, in the evng u can add chat masala or salt & pepper & have corn, u will feel full ( spicy one).

    9 th jan
    bf. 2 dosai + sambar
    mm. Green tea + banana
    lunch. Rice + sambar + drumstick leaves
    evng. 1 kajukatli + green tea
    dinner. 3 slices bread sandwich + onions , cucumber tomato + boost
    water. 2 lts

    Workouts
    cardio. 50 mins
    core exercise. 30 mins

    rainbow, he is 2.5 yrs old........

    radical, dont feel low.. it happens to everyone.. and many of us have come across this situation.. how old is ur baby... basic exercise to do is walking.. if baby doest allow u.. put baby in stroller and walk around.... u have lots of healthy vegeterian diets available on internet... by using a bmr calculator on web u can find out how many calories u can eat per day...

    1. Water - atleast 2-3 ltrs water everyday - 1

    2. Salad or soup- include salad plate or a bowl of soup in lunch or dinner - 1

    3. Exercise atleast 30 mins everyday - 1

    4. Food portion control - 1

    5. 2 cups of green tea - 1

    morning warm water

    bf - 1 bowl khicdi + papad

    mm - green tea

    lunch - 2 phulkas + curry (non -veg) + cucumber + green tea

    evening went out had icecream and junk with portion control - still will give 0

    dinner - 2 phulkas + omlette + curry (non -veg) + green tea

    bb - banana

    water - more than 2 ltrs

    workout - walking 45 mins

    1. Water - atleast 2-3 ltrs water everyday - 1

    2. Salad or soup- include salad plate or a bowl of soup in lunch or dinner - 1

    3. Exercise atleast 30 mins everyday - 1

    4. Food portion control - 0

    5. 2 cups of green tea - 1
