I am late here as I was busy with Navratri pooja and arrangements. Seeing others presentation I feel mine is not so good. I took the photo in a hurry when I did neivedhyam in the morning and after that I had to go for haldi kumkum. When I saw the other presentations I felt I had not taken the photo properly. As I had already taken out some , but still I am posting it separately Today I made Rava Kesari for neivedhyam in the morning Ingredients 1 Glass Rava 1 glass Sugar Ghee as required 3 cupes Water Cashewnuts draksha First I kept 3 cups water for boiling. In another gas I fried the Rava in ghee for sometime , then added one cup sugar , after sometime added 3 cups water, added little ghee and kalarify it till it was ready. Then in ghee fried cashewnuts and draksha and poured in the Kesari

Hi mathiravi, u have given a wonderful recipe for wheat halwa. In ur signature u have given 300 gms lost. But after seeing ur halwa itself i have increased 300 gms weight.!!!
