what criterias you would look for in selecting a school for your child

    hi ladies,

    What are the things you look for when a selecting a school for your child?

    Quality education
    good teachers
    Name of the school
    Extracurricular Activities
    proximity to residence
    interaction of teachers with parents
    fees
    infrastructure

    Please give your opinion ladies

    Should not pressurize for ranks than his ability

    Home work and projects beyond his limits

    Subject should not be like copy and paste, he should get the concept and content

    All criteria listed by you apply correctly. However, i wonder if anyone gets a school that satisfies all these?
    Mostly we have to compromise one to two aspects..either the proximity or the fees may be high..etc

    your are right. Schools burden the kids with homework and parents with project. Its especially difficult for parents who are working. mugging up is the trend now like chaturrrr(silencer).

    so true. we dont get everything we want in a school. something or other is always there that we may have to compromise. thanks
