Menstrual Cramps!!The worst part of being a woman!

    I too have pain!! Every month punishment...but few things really help me:
    1. Hot water bag: works magic within half hr max
    2. Meftal 500: my other friend during AF! Though I make sure I take max 2 tabs during first 2 days when I have pain, not more than that
    3. Light walking: I believe it helps in easing the flow and reduce cramps esp 1st day
    4. Lots of water: again making flow easy
    5. Eating light, lots of veggies and fruits: so no constipation before period, easing cramps

    Hi ladies,

    Menstrual pain and cramp were nightmare for me.Since the day I attained puberty,I will get this pain and cramp every month without pain.The stomach cramp and pain will followed by vommiting and dirrhoea!!Nothing could be worse than this..I really had difficult time and went through hell because of this.Nothing could help and pacify me!!I had to endure this pain till I gave birth.After giving birth only the pain subsided and Im free from the pain!
    Ladies,when I was on my ttc,I visited a gynae,and after the vaginal ultrasound and pap smear check kup,she told me that I'm having retroverted/tilted uterus.The typical symptom of having this type of uterus is,having unbearable menstrual pain and difficulty to conceive.But with god's grace I managed to conceive after 8mths of my marriage..And now happily free from all kind of pain..;-)

    Sorry to hear abt ur plight but offlate even m having pains and. Found dis method wich was pretty good
    Either. C rub castor oil on ur belly button
    Or boil coriander seeds in water and add sugar and drink it...make fsh batches since the kinda rot if. Make and keep

    What i usually do is ...

    Take some dry fenugreek seeds--> fry them for a few seconds in a dry vessle (dont add anything oil/ water just simply fry them ) --- > wait till they become cool --> and powder them in mixer---> store it in a box

    now during your menstrual time (or regularly everyday) take 1 spoon of that fenugreek powder and to that add a spoon of curd , now mix them and eat it / gulp it along with water.......simplee... with in an hr your pain will go off ..it works for me ...im damn sure, it works for everyone too ...its scientifically proven fenugreek has an ability to reduce menstrual pain ...take care all

    There are certain yoga Asanas, which when practiced regularly throughout the month will give lot of relief...Even light exercise helps..

    Sorry Grils no judgement for this yet and can't expect to get out of this :(

    We are all missing our trational and culture this truble us a lot in our whole life ( will be applicable in all issues)

    Gather information from your grand ma what and how they will treate when a girl attain pubrity.

    According to our grandma

    They will prepare with Moon dhall and Jaggery and give to her during early morning (empty stomach ) and night also consumption of Moondhall will be more in food stuffs. This will strength the uterus.

    The impact of Egg is very much during this stage daily one egg will be provided for the next one year.

    This pain is happening mainly due to contraction and dilation of uterus during those pink days and excreted the death cells of WBC from Uterus because of this action we are getting the pain for that your uterus should be stong enough to bare this pain.

    so

    pl. collect the information from grandma and update this will help atleast for future generation.

    i have given up on it. since the last 1.5 years i have lost weight, i'm also eating healthy and working out regularly. but the damn pain just does not go. it has alot to do with genetics. i have alot of pain during periods and i guess it will continue to be that way.

    fenugreek seeds, moon dal are having more consistency in nature, this will help you well
