    This was my old post in Jan. 2013.
    From 32 size again I went back to 34 soon after this post....:bowdown:bowdown

    Now once again back to 32, I don't want to go back to 34 like last time.

    Mission to size 30 still continuing dears....:)

    Very busy due to kids school reopening first week, still managed to squeeze 1 hour of walk today. Tomorrow aiming for 1 hour yoga !

    They are heavy so i do less repetitions or some basic workout

    When i had joined gym last year for 6 week body tonning program my instructor used to tell me to use 10 even 15 kg for some easy workouts
