    Hi Tulasi,

You can keep the 'ginger paste' with out refregeration. Yes you can keep it out side, for more than a week. Provided you have to cook it properly. See that some oil is on the paste. If you are preparing more quantitiy and want to keep for more than a month then keep in the fridge. ok?

You can make pachadi, thuvial, ginger murraba etc., by using ginger.

thanks for all u'r recipes which I'm trying one by one especially the powders are so good. I have a request for tamarind rice mix (pulihora/pulisadam) which can be stored & mixed when ever required.

    Re: Green Chilly Paste

    Yes Jansi,

You are correct. If you make ready made powders and pastes in the week end, you can make the dish as quick as possible on week days. And really you will enjoy cooking. And you will plan your 1 week menu on the week end and it will save your time as well as you will cook tension free. Keep it Up.:clap:clap:clap

    Dear Viji,

No need to add preservatives in the pastes. You can store them 1 week or 10 days if it is not specified in the recipe. ok?
