    I tried saving my data for week 1. saved it. but once clicked again the excel in your signature, I found the changes are not implemented. or I am not sure only you can edit and save the datas? if so, can you update the weights? or tell me a way, how can I save the datas? Is it possible for every one in the list to update their own weights?

    Madhu,I tried updating my data for week 1. saved it. but when i click the link again, it does not show the new updates. Is it not possible for all friends here to update? or only you can update? I am not sure. clear my doubts dear...

    very happy i see all my friends losing 1 kg weight.. and some little less and some not.. but determination is very high moving forward for next week great job girls:thumbsup:thumbsup

    todays update

    breakfast tea+digestive biscuit+1 roti+cup of cottage cheese + tofu curry
    1 ltr water before lunch
    lunch 2 rotis+ 1 cup + 1 cup cottage cheese+ dal
    snack 4 dates+1 apple
    3 ltrs water before dinner
    dinner planning to have uttapam and fruit bowl

    water 4ltrs
    exercise 910cals=80mins=5.4miles

    rules same as 1 week
    1) less oil & salt :thumbsup
    2) lean meat :thumbsup

    I see that many of you have updated their weights in the tracker. I will weigh myself tomo and share it in the excel.

    Updates for June 10:
    Food:
    Bfast - swirl bread with nutella 2 slices
    Lunch - Rasam with rice
    Dinner - 4 idly with chutney

    Snacks - 3 hide n seek biscuits

    Exercise:
    3 miles LS walk
    5 miles cycling

    Water - 2 ltrs
