DH every single day tells me sometime or the other that he loves me, sometimes he calls me as if to ask something and says the same, I definitely feel happiest in my heart then. :)

yeah yeah.. the guy could not bear the 2 inch distance between the chairs during reception!:rotflnot to mention the missed opportunity to feed the gal during bride seeing ceremony-poor guy has to be satisfied with serving the plate to her and sit beside helplessly.:)

I did not want to be too filmy...........One has to sound realistic also, right ?:)

Too much of an effort by a husband to display affection, may sound very artificial to any wife. Mind you.......women are very sensitive to pick up the signal, when an ongoing display of affection is 'artificial'. I did not risk that disaster. That is why I was just sitting through, without doing anything. :)

My post no. 295 just above, answers it , Shreya...!:) One time use of a Bollywood dialogue (with reference to the post no. 276 in page no. 28 of this thread) made her happy. More use of Bollywood gestures may make me sound artificial. I did not want to run that risk. That is why I did not do the gestures like patting her head etc.:)

How very sweet. These moments of love and romance are very very important. It adds a lot to the meaning of life. We get so busy with so many activities that many a time we forget how important it is to express our love for our partner. Here it is very common to keep the child with the babysitter and the couples go out on dates...I do believe it is needed. IG I loved reading ur thread.
