    Dear Buds..

    You did amazing job in the first year of your weightloss journey loosing 20kgs, and in maintenance phase also, you were alert in watching out your diet hence there was fluctuating...truly inspirational!!! you can do it this time also..all the very best dear..

    Will drop here every friday for motivation..

    I replaced white sugar with brown sugar for my drinks since yesterday.

    I am not stocking biscuits any more in my office. Will buy some badams.
    Green tea I tried yesterday, some how I couldn't drink, may be it will take time for me to like the taste.

    Hmm its ok.. Many dont like the taste of greentea...
    I tried alkozy chamomile and rasberry flavour black tea both r good....

    I also used to dislike green tea...

    but now I really like it...all brands have this sour taste..except Matcha...try the Matcha Green Tea...it has no sourness...a really soothing taste...very nice..m sure you will like it...:) Matcha is powdered green tea! Matcha - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    also even though green tea is good...it's still tea [means caffeine] ...so excess of even that is bad! Tea is tea at the end of it!

    how about drinking infusions of jeera one day and tulsi another day. they are also tea. add a dash lemon and honey if you like sweetness. good for you.

    you can have thyme tea. fruit teas if you get them

    i make thyme, tulsi, ajwain, jeera and even hibiscus.

    1 porotta with chicken curry +Black tea (Finished dinner by 7.00 pm, planning to drink only water till sleep)

    Water: 10 glasses
    Exercise: 60 mins Treadmill + 15 mins cycling

    Hey jus came across this thread! ur doing great at the exercise part, but ur diet seems very strict... hope ur taking a multivitamin everyday?? u should eat more for lunch, something substantial, im scared ur diet will lead you to having future physical problems. I suggest do some research on under 300 calorie foods and eat those for your 3 time meals, that way your eating something healthy and substantial and you will also remain in daily calorie intake required for your body..
    Also too much tea and coffee is bad.. take your coffee two times, once in morning and once in evening..
    Its just a suggestion.. No offense..

    Thank u for your suggestions. I am not taking any multivitamins. Diet is not very strict every day. Sometimes I am eating a lot. If you go through my previous you will understand i regained all my weight due to my bad eating habits. Last 2-3 days was controlled, you know why, Friday is my weighing day, only one day left. Wish me good luck for Friday & thanks once again for your concerns, I really appreciate.
