    just now opened my page to see that i have received 58 likes,out of which 55 are only for this thread and my kolams...the major contributors ashwanth and deraj...my o my...epdi porumaiya ivlo kolam paarteenga 1day la....chance e ella..romba naal apram ennda pazhaiya kolams ku feedback vaangaraduku rombave sandoshama iruku...mikka nandri..ennaku vera solla teriyale :bowdown

    Swaran - Did you draw padi kolam & put kavi to it daily? I liked your padi kolam

    Today's padi kolam. Request ILs C&C. Pl. suggest improvements needs to be done.

    mistakes a..ada ponga...ungalodadu mistakes kandupidikka magnifying glass onnu specialla order pannanum..hehhee


    dear deraj,
    i made padi kolams on fridays and on special occasssions...but if i put padi kolam,i make sure i use kaavi..because padi kolam actually means a mix of arisi maavu(again we can make fine lines with that,atleast i dont have that expertise so i mix with normal kolam powder) and kaavi...

    your kolam looks really nice deraj...neat curves...a very good attempt :)

    Vamma Minnal.... Thanks for your fb & tip. I use only arisi mavu for kolam. I think it will be brighter if i use it with kolam powder. Since mine is flat and area is small, i wont be able to put kaavi coz, pple will be walking up & down and mess the place. When need be, will put a kaavi & post.

    yes i know,if the floor is very smooth(tiles/marble),we cannot apply kaavi...even when i put padi kolams inside the house during special occassions,i dont use kaavi..and i use wet rice flour and not dry inside the house :)
    but i am waiting to see your kaavi kolam :)
