Snacks using Gulab Jaamun Mix

    Gulab Jamun Cake

    Ingredients:

    Gulab jamun mix 1 cup
    Milk maid 1 cup
    Ghee 2 - 3 spoons
    Milk 2 spoons
    Dry fruits 1/2 cup
    Tutty fruty 1/4 cup

    Method:

    Take a bowl and add gulab jamun mix in it.
    Add milk maid , ghee and milk also in it.
    Beat it throughly and add dry fruits & tutty fruty also in it.
    Mix well.
    Now take a cake tray and grease it with ghee and keep aside.
    Now add this mixture into the greased tray and keep in a oven.
    Now put the tray in the ove and set at 350 degrees for 5 min.
    After 5 min, you are ready with it.
    Let it be in the oven for 5 min as it is.
    Then, take the tray out.
    Take a plate and put the cake on it.
    Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy cake item gulab jamun
    cake
    .
    Now you are ready with gulab jamun cake infront of you.

    you have to boil the sugar syrup up to 10 min. if the syrup is not thick - if the water content is more in your syrup...... your jamuns will turn bad...and fungus will attack them quickly :(

    Is there any way we can bake gulab jamun cake in pressure cooker or electric cooker?

    All ur recipes r quite interesting n seems to be yummy. Tried 1st 2 recipes of urs..turned out to be gud and liked b every one at home...hope to get more recipes of this sort from ur end.

    @krishnaamma Wow Gulab Jamoon cake . Very interesting ! Hi I don’t have Gulab jamoon mix right now . Can you please suggest any other eggless cake recipes using milk maid ?
