I lost 4 kgs in week with GM DIET - but need HELP as want to follow again! PLS HELP

    Dear Rissy,
    you know you do not have to go on a diet to lose weight, all you need to do is reduce the white flour, the wheat flour include more fibre in your diet, have lots of protiens and fruits and you will see a good result in 3 weeks include exercises as well.
    To be honest i have seen a lot of people doing GM diet and after a month or so they have added double the weight. Just change your food a bit here and there and start exercises, simple brisk walking is all you need.
    Include rotlo ( bajra roti) in your diet it will keep you filled up and you will not feel hungry

    Thank you! I did not ask that question for me. Its for some one whom i know, where walking and diet is not helping to lose the weight

    Dear Rissy,
    any bread takes 2 days to digest in the stomach, so if you really want to have bread then have only 2 slices in the morning not more than that.

    Read somewhere in Rujuta's book : [ I do not have the ebook , Could not post exact lines ] .

    Lady who was behind the fad diets like GM , lost all her muscle in her tummy ; While driving , felt like something popped out of her vagina , it was her uterus and was admitted .

    priya, that is scary..and people don't understand if we say that fad diets are really scary and you need to do it with proper supervision, and more so if you have health issues...

    i have heard about water diet, banana diet even cotton diet.

    I wonder how could people live with these diets for weeks . Past 6 months I did not lose even 1 kg . Really tough to lose my last 5 kgs .But still I could not skip even single meal of my day :-D .

    don't worry, we have come this far, we will lose that last few kgs too...already my family does not want me to lose anymore...since lot of people don't recognise me..lol...

    that is lovely Shanvy! remarkable to lose 20kg with proper diet and exercise,it takes time...you are a big inspiration for all around. :)

    Thanks Alpa,

    I lost 5 kg by the end of week. I don't think I want to follow this diet again now. Because after a week now I put back all the weight, however that is because guest were at my home so I made different items and ate it too, and made home-made chocolates and cake and puddings which also I ate, so within a week I put back all lost weight. You are right, this diet is not good, it is only for temporary loss, then you put back again if you don't continuously follow low fat and low carb diet.
