    hi all sexy ladies,
    im sure all of those who are working out regularly are already feeling great and feel refreshed all the time after ur exercise and light food.
    lets now test our will-power a lil more and exercise control,let us see if we can really shed abt 2-3kg as GM diet says.
    here is the plan

    Day 1. Only fruits. Just like in the regular GM diet, only fruits are allowed to be consumed on the first day. All fruits can be consumed in generous quantities except for bananas, as they are high in carbohydrates and potassium. Water intake should also be observed at 10-12 glasses during the whole day.

    Day 2. The second day involves potato and vegetables. A cup of baked potato would serve as the body’s main energy source for the day, and then it can be followed up with vegetable dishes during lunch and dinner. Vegetable soup is highly powerful during this day, as it provides all the energy the body would need.

    Day 3. Fruit and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables may be served the whole day, from breakfast to dinner, including midday snacks. Fruit juice can also be taken aside from water, although no bananas or potatoes are allowed.

    Day 4. Bananas and milk. Banana and milk combos may be consumed all day, with vegetable soup servings during lunch and dinner. Banana and milk may be taken in the form of shakes, during breakfast and midday snacks.

    Day 5. Brown rice and tomatoes. Instead of beef, brown rice is used on Day 5. One cup of rice is good to last for the day together with tomatoes in order to induce cleansing.

    Day 6. Brown rice and vegetables. On this day mixed vegetables may be consumed all day, together with one cup of rice.

    Day 7. Up to two cups of brown rice may be consumed, together with fruit and vegetable servings.

    By the end of Day 7, you should be feeling much lighter and look more glowing. This is because the detoxification effects have already taken place and the body has already shed off at least 2-3 kg or about 10 lbs.

    hi people,
    Today is my day-2 of GM diet and im feeling very thrilled cos till now i have stuck to it,completely :)
    today i can have veggies and i made an awesome chilli paneer veg by just saute-ing some veg and used v lil salt and oregano seasoning. tasted like pasta-minus maida. yippie...im enjoying how we can perk up any fruit of veggie by using jus a pinch of seasoning and some tangy fruit with a sweet one.

    There is something i would like to share with you all.

    What You Did Not Know About Fruits

    Fruits don’t need to be digested.

    Yeah, that’s a fact. Fruits go to the stomach and from there they more to the intestines within 10-20 minutes at a maximum. The only exception would be bananas and dry fruits which usually take around 45 minutes to an hour.

    A detox diet recipe consisting of a vegetable and fruit mixed salad is all wrong because vegetable need to be digested for 2 hours while fruits require no digestion. Mixing them would cause the fruit to stay in the stomach with the vegetable for 2 hours and get fermented.

    When you take fruits you should allow a period of 20 minutes before taking any other cooked food or vegetable.


    When you have cooked food you should allow a period of 2 hours (if its vegetarian food) or 5 hours (if its non vegetarian food) before taking fruits. If you take fruits with cooked food it will stay in the stomach while the cooked food is digested. Any fruit will start going stale in a hour’s time.

    Can you imagine what happens to the fruit that stayed in your stomach for 5 hours?

    It will be completely fermented. This fermentation is similar to alcohol and does damage to your liver. To top it all there is no nutritional value left in the fruit after fermentation as it is considered to be a toxin and is immediately discard.

    I am following GM diet and this is my 4 th day. I lost 2 Kgs on th nd of Day 2, yet to check my weight after that.
    Tomorrow is beef day :) I love beef.. so planning to munch on it tomorrow
    if I do not get I will have to stick to some veggie options

    I wanted to know are we suppose to do some excercise with this diet ?
    Also what after 7 days if we get back to our routine diet do we gain the lost weight back

    hi Megha,

    Yes exercise is important be it in any form.If you have a time crunch you can simply climb about 10 stairs in your building or go for atleast 20min brisk walk.I dont know if people exercise while on GM diet or not but im working out at gym 5 days a week.
    I lost 1 kg in 2 days but im not v satisfied.i think its cos im having tea once a day and also ate a biscuit of 2 ...digestive.i think one should do it strictly for best results.

    Today it was my 4th Day and it went v well. I had few bananas and about 4 glasses of milk.
    I cant tell you how happy iam cos im a person who loves wedding cos of food that you get there and today i went to one,didnt even touch any. :)

    Tomorrow is brown rice+tomato day. iam not very fond of brown rice but i think iam a lil immune to taste,my taste buds are not craving at the sight of any yummy food.yippiieee...feels like a new person inside. :)
