Duphaston dosage

Duphaston will support your baby if ur conceived in the current cycle. Otherwise it will help u to get the periods after 4 days from stopping the tablet.

i have a doubt about Duphaston tablet.

I have got normal period on may 2nd ( after taking metformin tablet for 30 days from april 1st till 30th ) and once i get my period on may 2nd, i have not taken any tablet and on may 25th i had a brown discharge and its stopped on may 26th afternoon... its not like normal period and again day before yesterday, I had seen a brown spotting one time in the evening not more than that..

Yesday checked with doc and she prescribed me to take duphaston tablet ( 2 tablets per day and have to take for 5 days ).. About this tablet i have not informed to my mom or mother in law.. becoz they are thinking that i may be pregnant and the bleeding could be implanation bleeding... did hpt twice yesday in hospital and it came out negative. doc told this brown discharge is only becoz of pcos..

Now i am confused.. whether to continue this tablet or not ? Becoz incase if i am in early pregnancy, if i take this tablets then it will end up in periods ? Isn't it ?

I have asked doctor, she told not to worry, incase if you are pregnant, this tablet will support your pregnancy..

I have already taken two tablets..

Friends, any of you have experience with this tablet ?.. If so, pls give me your suggestion..

Am not sure what advice you want ..Cos just like your Dr has said , Duphaston is generally given to support preganancy if it occurs

I am in my TWW and having it twice a day as given by Dr

have faith and all the best

dont be stressed
