    Hi,

We are an indian couple working in London right now and are looking to buy a home in Chennai. We would like for this place to be available if we want to come to India after 5 years or as investments/rental option and for sale subsequently

Came across the project OSIAN CHLOROPHYLL in Porur by SPPRG constructions and found it interesting.

Wanted to check if any of you have any feedback on the following
    - Is Porur a good place to invest now
    - Have anyof you heard anything about this project and whether 4300/sqft for a premium apartment like this in Porur sounds reasonable
    - Is the builder SPPRG reliable...they dont seem to have done lot of residential apartments, but appears a lot of ex-L&T team is engaged in this project.

    Any feedback/inputs appreciated

    Regards
    Sangeetha

    Hi Sangeetha,

I also came across that project and I have been hunting to buy in and around Porur. As you mentioned, I havent much about the builder either but my father personally went and looked on the floor plan, etc. Will update you soon on this project. I am now confused to invest in apartment or rather buy an independent house. The cost they quote seems to be pretty high.

    Will keep in touch.

    Regards
    Jayanthi

    Hi

We have booked a 3BHK at Osian chlorophyll.
Location and other features look good.

Do check if 4300 per sqft is the current rate.

    Regards

oh ok...I think the rate may be due to the floor level you must have chosen. They said for every floor after the 5th, they are charging Rs.20/- extra.

    Hi,

Osian Chlorophyll is a good project location to live in. It is located just next to the highway, near Porur. 15-20 min. drive time to Anna Nagar. No need to worry about traffic congestion. Project has lot of green drives. Very close to Porur medical college. 5 min. drive. I personally visited the project, I liked a lot. I booked one there, about a month back. Actually the project is officially getting launched this week, and already by word of mouth, many apts, have been sold. Better be quick. Definite value for money too.
