Don't worry....Dandruff causes hair loss....Try to have more green leafy vegetables and drink lots of water....Are you anemic by any chance? That too can cause hair loss....Do not stress yourself over this...Try to eat healthy and everything will be alright..

Hair loss is inevitable during pregnancy.
Use head n shoulders or any effective dandruff shampoo (selsan shampoo with docs advice), twice or thrice weekly. wash ur combs pillow covers after hair wash. These can help keeping dandruff in control.
Drink lots of water and have a hand full of sprouts everyday - good for ur hair n good for the baby too.

    Dear Vani,

Whatever the hormones are doing their function is escort you and baby through these few months. All the hormones in our body are like our friends, family (by birth or extended) social acquaintances and our loved ones. Each of these people plays their role in our lives and one’s absence and role cannot be replaced by another. So when there is a lack of harmony between them we have to deal with various physical issues and challenges.
Wash your hair regularly, eat well, sleep well, have a regular fitness routine. Worries and stress can aggravate the hair loss. Wash your hair with a mild antidandruff shampoo and condition it so that it does not tangle and break. Over brushing and combing the hair can also lead to excessive hair fall. Avoid rough massage techniques and treat you hair roots gently. Plenty of water intake will be recommended.

Your baby is fine. Don’t stress and be positive, one of the fundamental reasons of hair loss is worry. So stay happy cheerful enjoy your pregnancy and have a great life.

    Stay in touch. God Bless…

    Rakhi
