    Noone in this world is rich enough to buy his own childhood and his youth back. Only friends help recreate those moments from time to time at no cost.

    Who will not like to go back to childhood as it is the best part of life when we have no responsbilities and we are pampered by everyone. It was a carefree life.

    I also feel like going back to childhood and enjoy those days again. As we grow old we have so many responsbilities and if everything goes well it is alright. I like to accept challenges in life and till now I have tried my best to do everything.

    Till we have strength everything seems to be very easy. But when our health troubles we lose confidence in us. After my recent sickness I am not able to be so active like before. I feel like going and staying in an ashram where everything will be taken care, though I know my dh wont agree as he is very busy in social service. I am attending functions so that I can meet people and spend the day with them.

    The basic thing is that everyone wants happiness, no one wants suffering. And happiness mainly comes from our own attitude, rather than from external factors. If your own mental attitude is correct, even if you remain in a hostile atmosphere, you feel happy.

    So true!

    But whenever I need to go back to my childhood, though I cannot buy it, I kind of recall / remember the incidents in childhood (yes....flashback as in movies :) ) and I can feel as if I am there. Sometimes people call this daydreaming, but it works. It brings a smile in my face, thinking about the the goof-ups and childish pranks I had indulged in and it brings the child in me alive. :)
