So far I have bought only pure zari silk sarees, visited pothys.com and so impressed with their silk sarees but most of them are tested zari ones,I have selected 3-4 sarees all are in the range of 10,000-12,000 rs.,so a little hesitant as they are all tested zari ones, since the total will come upto Rs.40,000 I wanted to make sure the zari stay atleast for 10 years, any input on tested zari' life, especially at Pothys?I love their silk but not sure about their zari. Thanks in advance!
For some reason I find these tested Jaris a bit bright when compared to the real Jaris but others should be able to weigh in their opinion. Also i heard these are light and many people are opting for this based on the price. Not yet sure with the life of these tested Jaris.
I have selected 4 sarees from the 'Parampara' collections, are they light weight too?Yes the zari seems to be bit bright but the workmanship in the PArampara sarees outweighs the zari's appearance.Pothys is so innovative and I am really awed by their silk sarees
Some of my relative gifted me the Tested Zari silk saree may be around 10 years,Now the brightness in zari started fading.
Satin, around two weeks back I bought a saree online from Parampara Pattu saree section of Pothys... I loved the saree, it looks amazing.... N the saree is light weight too... But what I bought was pure zari and not tested one...
