If you are looking around that area(pallavaram),Did you check amarprakash project (Heritage,Royal castle).They have a model house too. Check out the builder.
there is nothing called good or best..it depends..the best known builders have failed to deliver sometimes, while a very low key builder has done a great job too..it alll trickles down to our luck..if you believe so.. but for a reference no nonsense builders on my list.. grn, ramaniyam, kavithalaya, navin's best homes (they have one coming up at guduvanchery that they have marked at 2800) guru, vishranthi. this does not mean i authenticate these builders. they have delivered better than the major players though even they have had small hiccups.
