I have read many a times and in my TTC journey my doc has told that what you eat is what you are.
So women going through multiple IUIs, IVFs and have succeeded can you ppl share the health supplements you take and share any specific diet pattern you followed to get the BFP

Also I would know to know what one needs to take to improve the quality of the eggs

Hi Vini, I have used lots of vitamin on my own :( well it was all due to desperation but based on others experience ofcourse. I have used

Evening Primerose Oil and Grapefruit juice to improve the mucus quality
Zinc, magnesium, vitamin C, folic acid, Vitamin B, selenium, Maca ...

I was on unexplained infertility category, I was taking all these on my own during all my IUI cycle and nothing worked. During my IVF cycle it was strict instruction from hubby and Doc not to take anything else apart from Folic acid, with Gods blessing it worked.

But I was trying to take foods rich on those vitamins also so not necessary to take all the supplements

I also wore a stone called Moonstone, in another website I have seen many people getting their BFP after wearing this stone, Since you are staying in India you can get a stone easily it is all good in regulating female hormone keeping calm so my advice will be if possible wear a moonstone.

Also don't know in which category you are, carefully take vitamins depending upon ur situation as it shouldn't go against. Do some exercise to make your body stress free which is the worst enemy of the infertility. Good Luck.

Those medicines were prescribed by the doc. You can meet an aurvedic doc to get those(not sure if the medicines I had is suitable for everyone).

Yes, it is available in tablet form but not sure whether it is avaliable in India or not. It should be taken only from day1 of your cycle to day14 (till you ovulate) then stop it. If you conceive then no need to continue if not then take again from day 1 of your next cycle.
