Test Your Consistency : 15 day Challenge

    I will be using this thread to test my consistency in working out daily and eating healthy for the next 15 days . Threads running currently are of bit longer duration . I wanted to take up a challenge for a shorter period.

    People out there with short term goals like 1 kg loss in 15 days /50 miles walk in 10 days can interact in this thread .

    Research has proven that it takes 21 days to form a habit . Will see if I can stick to this habit later .

    [I will be happy if I can lose 1 kg in 15 days ; Want to weigh 66 kg on 26 th Jan ; :-D ]

    I would like to step in too.The site which you mentioned (torrents)earlier for LS workouts was a paid website.Did you buy those workouts?or do you know any place for free download.I can buy them but I am not sure reliability of that torrents.

    Priya, am already in april 2012 weight loss and size reduction..But yes, I would like to take this 15 day challenge.reason being, my DD's second bday party is on 29th and I want to look good..
    My goal being lose 2 pounds and 3 inches around my tummy !!

    I am in. From today daily i want to do complete 5 mile walk with Leslie and some surya namaskars.
    Will post daily on my updates. Even i want to weigh 72 by then. :)
